Where is pumpkin seed oil found

    William Priess

Hi Gary, our Suggested Use on our Pumpkin Seed Oil recommends taking the oil with meals as straight oil can cause some people indigestion. The timing of taking pumpkin seed oil matters little, but for the ease of your stomach, we recommend taking it during meal time.

    Customer Support

Tried to google answer..no help. Brand of pumpkin seed oil says take BEFORE meal. Why? If it doesn’t matter if before, during or after, PLEASE say doesn’t matter OR choose the “best” of three ways mentioned. THANK YOU
