Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained, or
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup skim milk
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • ½ scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 cup ice cubes
